  The problem: Removing wallpaper in an older house
In this older house, the wallpaper makes the room look very dated and it’s time for a change! Often in older houses, the wall is not sound beneath old wallpaper, and when it is stripped off, chunks of plaster or rendering can come off too. This means that a simple redecorating job can turn into something much bigger and more costly – a potential re-plastering job.

The results:
A smooth, fully prepared room, ready for the addition of paint straight onto the lining paper, or more wallpaper over the top. Expensive replastering has been unnecessary, and the results are just as good – smooth, solid walls ready for a fresh new look.
